The Michigan Township Participating Plan, or the “Par Plan,” is a specialized provider of property and casualty insurance. With more than 35 years of experience exclusively insuring Michigan municipalities and special districts, we are experts in municipal risk and understand the unique challenges facing public entities.

The largest Public Act 138 program in Michigan, the Par Plan works with a network of local agents to provide municipalities with comprehensive and affordable municipal insurance programs.
