GAMES OF SKILL OR CHANCE

For jewelers, “The Perfect Diamond Game” consists of entry cards that would be available for customers after they make a purchase. Customers have the opportunity to fill out an entry card where they get to choose the cut, color, clarity and carat weight of a diamond and if it matches the preselected combination, they win! The prize could be a variety of items, for example, cash, a trip or a diamond.

For auto dealers, the “Guess the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)” contest is appropriate. Each customer who makes a purchase gets an entry card to guess the VIN number for another new car. If their entry matches the preselected combination, they win the car!
